Initial meeting: it is necessary to discuss the ceremony which you are after and no fees will be charged for this initial meeting. You can come to my place at 98 Allchin Cct, Kambah ACT or inform me where else you would like to meet. I have great availability to fit in with your timings. 

Small & Intimate Ceremony – suitable for an intimate gathering with just a few guests 

1. Your short ceremony written to your personal requirements. 
2. Your small intimate ceremony held in the Local area. 
3. Presentation copy of your order of Ceremony. 
4. My personal travel costs, parking, venue admission fees (where applicable) – travel to your venue. 
5. Signing table and a chair. 

With you two and just two witnesses 

1. My commitment to ensure that your ceremony is personal, professionally prepared and presented. 
2. The appointment when you lodge your Notice of Intention to Marry form (NOIM) with me, pay the booking fee and we begin planning. 
3. All legal paperwork provided to you, handled, and lodged promptly. 
4. No double booking at the given time. 
5. Ceremony can be conducted at your place or mine but nearby. 
6. A legal marriage certificate presented to you on your wedding day.

A Renewal of marriage Vows Ceremony is a beautiful way for a couple to reaffirm their commitment to one another. 

This type of ceremony suits couples who may have already legally married (often overseas) and would like to reaffirm their marriage vows before their friends and family in Australia. 

It is also a ceremony for couples who may wish to renew their marriage bond on a special anniversary or to recognise other milestone occasions from their married life together. 

A Naming Ceremony is a beautiful and special way to announce the arrival of a new child and celebrate this with your family, friends, and the wider community. 

Please contact me before or just after the arrival of new baby so I can suggest to you a good day and time to celebrate the occasion. 

Your ceremony will be written by your celebrant, explain the context, their role and story of your child in your family. You will be able to share your expectations & dreams for your child, and may choose to include the significance of their name that relates to your family and your preferred deity.

Payment of Fees for any type of Ceremony will be as follows: 

A $200 booking fee [non-refundable] is due at the time of booking the Celebrant’s services (lodgement of NOIM form with Celebrant) and for work undertaken. 

Followed by remainder of payment paid in full up to 2 weeks before the ceremony. 

Fees payable by cash or bank transfer. Please note my Mobile number itself is PAY ID. 

Fee Refund Policy: 

1.  A booking fee of $200 paid to retain the Celebrant’s services for any type of ceremony at the time of lodgement of the NOIM form with the Celebrant and for work already undertaken, is not refundable. 

2.  When a full fee has been paid and the marriage is NOT solemnised, or the celebration is cancelled, where notice of cancellation of the ceremony is given up to 14 days prior to the ceremony date OR where the Celebrant gives notice that he cannot perform the ceremony, the Celebrant shall refund that part of the fee that was not the initial booking fee.
